1974 Michigan State
Ohio State’s 1974 battle against Michigan State culminated
in a chaotic, last-second climax. And when the dust finally
settled, no one knew which team had won.
That question would linger for the next 45 minutes until
Big Ten commissioner came into the Buckeye locker room to
tell coach Woody Hayes that the Spartans had won. It was
the kind of news did not like to hear and a near melee broke
out.
For
